A COMPLETE registration packet which includes a completed registration form, camp health forms and your registration fees - MUST be received for each participant in order for them to be enrolled in a camp.
A 4-digit "Camp Code" is provided for all camp events available for on-line registration or mail-in registration. This code is required to register. If the camp event does not have a 4-digit code then contact the camp dean for a registration form.
The grade referred to in the descriptions, is the grade you will enter in the fall of the current year.
Choose the youth, children, or specialty links to view camp/event information. Then choose one of the links on this registration information page to register. (You may view camp events sorted by "event name" "grade level" "campsite location" and "event date") On these pages choose the registration link next to the camp you desire. This will take you to our online registration for that camp.
Available for all camps with a camp code. Mailing in a registration does not automatically assure one of acceptance, some camps fill early. Fill out your registration/ health form completely and have a parent or guardian complete and sign the form. Be sure to include insurance company and policy numbers.
Campers will be registered when full payment and registration/health form is received. Check Payments: Make check payable to: "Oklahoma United Methodist Camps" There will be a $15 charge on all returned checks. Mail your completed registration/health forms and one payment for the total due to the conference office. credit card/check card payments: VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted. They must include signature of cardholder. Mail your completed registration/ health form and credit card information to 1501 N.W. 24th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73106, or fax: (405)530-2049.
All mail-in registrations and on-line registration/health forms must be received in the Conference office before the deadline indicated. After that, you must call the camp registrar at (405)530-2035 or (800)231-4166, to confirm that there are still openings and a late registration fee may be added per camper (depending on the camp, see camp descriptions for details). You will not be able to register a camper with the on-line registration system after its registration deadline.
If cancellation is received prior to seven days before the opening of camp, a refund will be given less a $25 processing fee. If less than seven days notice is given, no refund will be made, unless for health reasons, whereby a full refund is available after a written request is received.
Refunds are given in the same form and to the same person that paid the original camp fee.
