Registration Information

The Oklahoma United Methodist Church Camps and Retreats Ministries are listed by age and/or organization. Registration for each camp/events is handled as listed. Conference registration forms are available in the spring from your local United Methodist Church or by calling the conference office. If multiple copies of the registration forms are needed, you may photocopy from the camps book or print the form from our web site, - just be sure to include everything on the form if you copy. See the link on the right.

A COMPLETE registration packet which includes a completed registration form, camp health forms and your registration fees - MUST be received for each participant in order for them to be enrolled in a camp.

A 4-digit “Camp Code” is provided for all camp events available for on-line registration or mail-in registration. This code is required to register. If the camp event does not have a 4-digit code then contact the camp dean for a registration form.

Note grade entering: The grade referred to in the descriptions, is the grade you will enter in the fall of the current year.

How to register online registration Available for all camps with a code. In order to register online you will need to click on the registration button to go to the registration site.

Mail-in registration
Available for all camps with a code. A registration/health form is provided in the summer camp catalog for your use. Mailing in a registration does not automatically assure one of acceptance, some camps fill early. Fill out your registration/health form completely and have a parent or guardian complete and sign the form. Be sure to include insurance company and policy number.

Mail-in payments
for mail-in registration forms Make check payable to: “Oklahoma United Methodist Camps” There will be a $15 charge on all returned checks. Mail your completed registration/health forms and one payment for the total due to the camp’s office. Credit card/check card payments: VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted. They must include signature of cardholder. Mail your completed registration/health form and credit card information to 1501 N.W. 24th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73106, or Fax:(405)525-4164.
