A great weekend retreat for Jr. High youth to:
• fellowship
• have fun
(with lots of Volleyball!)
• and worship together

Volleyball teams will consist of 6 to 10 players and will be formed by the retreat leadership after everyone arrives at Canyon Camp on Friday evening. After you send in your registration you will receive a letter explaining the Volleyball tournament details.
 

Registration is by church.

Each church registering must send 1 adult sponsor for every 5 youth
attending. (Example: If you are sending 4 girls and 2 boys you must send 1 adult woman and 1 adult man.)
Registration fee is $75 per participant - adults and youths.

Each youth and adult registering must fill out a separate “Registration and Health form.”

Adults coming to Vertical Leap must have a completed Oklahoma Conference Leader’s Covenant and background check on file. Visit www.okumc.org and type “Safe Sanctuaries” in the search field. On this page you will find the Leader Application Form 05-08. Churches must submit the names of their adult sponsors to the youth office by Sept. 2, 2006.
