The Conference Council on Youth Ministries is a body of youth who lead and make decisions for youth on the conference level. It is lead by an adult co-chair and a youth co-chair along with an elected executive team.

The council is responsible for organizing days of mission throughout the year, planning CYME, fundraising for the Youth Service Fund, and being the voice of the youth in the United Methodist Church.

All UM youth are encouraged to attend the meeting and have a voice in the youth council's activities and decisions.
