God sends thousands of people into short-term mission in Oklahoma and around the world each year. Team Leaders are well-trained laity and clergy who recruit and direct teams for mission. Successful completion of OK VIM Team Leader Training is required for persons to be entrusted with this responsibility. Team Leaders usually qualify for full scholarship on missions they lead.
