- Provide space and resources for an average of 50 children from the neighborhood.
- Provide 1-2 devoted Site Supervisors to supervise the interns and the program every day.
- Provide 3-4 key volunteers that will be available on a daily basis during the summer camp.
- Provide 15-20 reading volunteers the first and last week of Project Transformation.
- Provide an estimated $3,000 in cash for supplies, extra utilities, etc.
