Healing Faith
Communities
Torn Apart
from Addiction
"Educational
Program for Clergy and Laity" |
|
The Summer School on Chemical
Dependency is an opportunity to understand the
addictive mind, the spiritual dynamics of addiction
and the impact chemical dependency has on our faith
communities.
It is an in-depth educational
program for clergy and laity in a learning lab
involving lectures, group processing, visits to
12-Step programs and building a network of
resources.
The school is a 12-day event, held
annually, on the campus of Oklahoma City University.
|
| |
Participation Requirements
Full participation and residence on the campus
during the 12-day program is mandatory, due to
the experiential nature of the learning process
and two years sobriety. |
|
|
|
Past Participants say:
