Conference Youth Ministry Enterprise is a leadership training camp. The camp is serious business with non-stop intensity and excitement. It will push youth to the limits of Christian community, leadership skills, discipleship, peer ministry and hearing their call in Christ. The goal is to give the campers resources and knowledge on what mission means to the UMC, locally, nationally, and globally!
C.Y.M.E. differs from other camps where small groups play a crucial role. The emphasis is not on the growth of the small group but rather on giving campers information, ideas, and the ability to hone their leadership skills. (Thinking about how to make an impact at their local church.) This camp is for youth who show leadership in their church and have a desire to learn more about what it means to be United Methodist.
Additional cost of $10, paid upon arrival at camp. Questions: 405-530-2199
*There is a limit of 4 campers from each church. A church may send more than 4 if the other campers have been active on CCYM and are cleared by the adult co-chair as meeting the attendance requirements for CCYM. Graduates and small group leaders must register by June 1.

This year step away from the familiar and start exploring God's creation in the pristine Weminuche Wilderness in south-central Colorado. Experience the thrill of summiting a peak and seeing for miles in every direction. Challenge yourself as you walk through a high alpine meadow.
Feel the peace of sleeping next to a mountain stream and fishing in crystal clear mountain lakes. Learn how to cook outdoors, read a compass, observe low impact camping, and maneuver through the wilderness in a truly world-class setting. All trips leave directly from our base camp in Pagosa Springs, and feature a steak dinner and relaxing in the hot springs before heading home.

The BWCA is a land of forests, rivers, beautiful lakes and wildlife. Early in the morning when you unzip your tent, mist covers the water and, if you are quiet, you may see elk coming to drink. Eagles soar above during the day and the haunting cry of loons fill the air in the evening as the sun sets. If you stay up late you may even see the Northern Lights! We will travel about 50 miles by canoe and portage between Lakes One, Two, Three, Four, Hudson and Insula. Get your paddle and let's go canoeing!
