    Entering Grades 1 and 2

    Children will enjoy a taste of hiking, swimming, crafts and active learning small groups under the caring of shepherds and leaders. All activities and creative worship in this fast-paced 24 hour, one- night camp are geared for this younger age-level.

    Important For Sonshine Camps ONLY One SHEPHERD for every one to five campers from each church is REQUIRED. Each adult must register in advance and submit to safety screening before being accepted. Contact your camp dean early to get the proper paperwork in process. If Shepherd to camper ratio (1:5) is exceeded per church, then additional Shepherds must pay the camper rate. Shepherds can download a required Safe Sanctuary Screening form at www.okumcministries.org/camps.

    How to Register for camp.

    Important: One SHEPHERD for every one to five campers is REQUIRED. If you bring a male camper, you must provide a male shepherd. If you bring a female camper, you must provide a female shepherd.
