Registration deadline: All mail-in registrations and on-line registration/ health forms must be received in the Conference office at least two weeks before the camp is scheduled to begin. After that, you must call the camp registrar at (405)530-2035 or (800)231-4166, to confirm that there are still openings and a $10 late registration fee will be added.
You will not be able to register a camper with the on-line registration system after its registration deadline.
Refunds and cancellations: If cancellation is received prior to seven days before the opening of camp, a refund will be given less a $25 processing fee. If less than seven days notice is given, no refund will be made, unless for health reasons, whereby a full refund is available after a written request is received. Refunds are given in the same form and to the same person that paid the original camp fee. Also fees paid may be transferred to another camper. All Campers must be pre-registered and pre-paid before Camp begins.
