Tent campers will set up in areas designated by the director/manger. Cutting of live trees or open fires are not permitted without consultation and approval of camp staff prior to set up. Garbage is to be placed in barrels, never buried on grounds.
The camp leader is responsible for making a satisfactory settlement with the camp director/manager when there is careless or deliberate marring or destruction of property. Charges for damages will be the amount required to repair or restore whatever is damaged inclusive of labor.
This charge is non-refundable. No rice is allowed to be thrown on the property.
A discount will be given to work groups at the rate of 1/16 off the daily bill for every hour worked. Please call for suggested donation. (work eight hours and get 1/2 off one day's fee)
Fees may be charged for the following:
Audio/visual equipment, Projection equipment - package use (projector, VCR, laptop and screen)
Swimming pool (director/manager will schedule swim times and/or assess fees for multiple group usage.) Lifeguards are required for lake activities at Cross Point.
Challenge course use
Canoe and paddle boat, Ski boat and pontoon boat rental at Cross Point.
Groups and individuals who use a camp for picnics, field trips, etc. or individuals that come as a part of a group but do not stay overnight will be charged a day use fee.
Camp Egan and Cross Point only.
