"Aging and Ministry in the 21st Century" is the title of a resource by Rev. Richard H. Gentzler, Jr. The book offers church leaders a structured approach to implementing ministry by, with, and for older adults. Gentzler,of the United Methodist Board of Discipleship, addresses the more difficult topics of aging including chronic conditions, depression and death. The book is available from the Upper Room.
